First, let's start with this being a lazy cork, regardless of the classification. I have many popeys like this with a "veneered" look and Whispy whites. This one has less whispy white, but perhaps that doesn't exclude it. If it is a popeye, then it is 4 colour plus white =red, orange, green, brown. If it isn't a popeye, then it is a 5 colour Corkscrew. The general consensus is that this is not a popeye, however, it is in the eye of the beholder and the looks sell itself. Only one tiny flake seen under loupe, the rest of the surface is wet mint. Marble is .01" out of round (.75"/74")
